White Peony Root 白芍 170g

Indications：Nourishing blood & regulating menstruation; soften the liver qi & relieve pain; reduce hypertension.  
主治：养血调经；柔肝止痛；降低高血压.

Recommended Preparation：White Peony Root  10g + Angelica  9g+ Rehmannia12g+Chuanxiong 6g , simmer in 800-1000ml boiling hot water with low medium heat for 10 minutes as a tea. 
 推荐: 白芍10g +当归9g+熟地黄12g+川芎6g, 用800-1000 ml沸水,中小火煮10分钟作为茶饮.

Contraindications: Contraindicated for Pregnancy, allergy, diarrhea, stomach sensitive;  avoid use with anticoagulants. 
禁忌: 孕妇，过敏、腹泻、胃敏感者禁用；避免与抗凝剂一起使用.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No preservatives added.
