Delivery & Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
All orders are provided with a tracking number once dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses.

PO Box Delivery
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to post office boxes at this time.
Missing Orders
If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us within 7 days of the date of dispatch of that order for deliveries within New Zealand.
We will do our best to recover your missing parcel in conjunction with the courier or delivery service provider, however we cannot guarantee delivery unless you select a tracked delivery option.
Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service allows you to purchase online and collect your order from RY Health Clinic within 24 hours during business hours. This service is free of charge. Orders must be collected within 7 days. If not collected within this period, the order will be cancelled. The cost of the items will be refunded, and refunds may take 2 – 7 business days to process.
