Returns and Refunds Policy

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all products sold by RY Health Clinic are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, acupuncture supplies, herbal medicines, Chinese patent medicines, medical devices, and wellness products.

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for change of mind.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand)
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or not as described, remedies will be provided in accordance with the Act.

Customers are encouraged to seek clarification prior to purchase. Any concerns should be raised as soon as reasonably practicable.

 

退换货政策

基于健康、卫生及安全考虑，本针灸诊所所售所有产品一经售出，概不退换或退款，包括但不限于针灸用品、中药草药、中成药、医疗器械及相关保健产品。

因个人原因或改变主意，恕不提供退款或换货。
