Ultra Balm (Singapore Ling Nam Brand ) 嶺南萬應止痛膏 (新加坡）

Indications: Refreshes the mind and awakens the brain, relaxes muscles and activates collaterals, relieves pain and itching, expels wind, reduces inflammation and disperses swelling. For insect bites, muscle fatigue, muscle aches, contusions and sprains, motion sickness, scalds and burns.
主治: 提神醒腦，舒筋活絡，止痛止癢，驅風，消炎散腫，蚊叮蟲咬，肌肉疲勞，肌肉酸痛，挫傷扭傷，舟車暈浪，湯火燙傷。

Dosage and Administration: For various pains and injuries: First clean and dry the affected area with warm water, apply a small amount of this product, and then gently massage for a few minutes. For refreshing the mind: Rub a small amount on the forehead, chest, or back. For insect bites: Apply a small amount to the affected area.
用法用量: 治诸伤痛，先将痛处以温水洗净抹干，以少许本品涂于患处，然后轻揉数分钟。用于提神醒脑，将少许本品擦于额上或胸背。用于蚊叮虫咬，将少许本品擦于患处。

Contraindications: For external use only. Do not take orally. Avoid contact with mouth and eyes. If skin allergic reactions occur, discontinue use immediately. Contraindicated for children under two years of age and pregnant women. Keep out of reach of children.
禁忌: 外用搽剂，不可口服。切勿触及口腔及眼睛。如皮肤有过敏反应，请即停止使用。两岁以下小儿及孕妇忌用。勿放置儿童可取得处。
