Indications: Hoarseness (acute laryngitis). Dry cough (lung dryness). Sore throat (wind-heat type). Constipation (heat accumulation).   

Anti-inflammatory: Inhibits the COX-2 pathway (reduces laryngeal mucosal edema).
Analgesic: Acts on TRPV1 receptors (relieves sore throat).
Laxative: Seed polysaccharides absorb water and expand 30 times, stimulating intestinal peristalsis.
主治: 肺热声哑（急性喉炎、失音）。干咳无痰（燥热伤肺）。咽喉肿痛（风热上攻）。热结便秘。抗炎：抑制COX-2通路（减轻咽喉黏膜水肿）。镇痛：作用于TRPV1受体（缓解咽喉疼痛）。通便：种子多糖吸水膨胀30倍，刺激肠蠕动。

Contraindications: Spleen-stomach cold (diarrhea, cold intolerance). Wind-cold cough (watery phlegm). Hypotension (may lower blood pressure further). Avoid use with Anticoagulants.
禁忌: 脾胃虚寒（腹泻、怕冷）。风寒咳嗽（痰白清稀）。低血压患者。与抗凝血剂同用。
