Indications: Cough & wheezing (wind-cold/heat patterns). Constipation (intestinal dryness). Hoarse voice (lung yin deficiency). Antitussive (acts on medullary cough center). Laxative (50% fatty oil content). Anti-inflammatory.
主治: 咳嗽气喘（风寒/风热咳嗽）。肠燥便秘。声音嘶哑。镇咳：抑制延髓咳嗽中枢。通便：富含油脂（约50%脂肪酸）。抗炎：苦杏仁苷代谢产物具有抗炎作用。

Contraindications: Pregnancy. Infants. Liver dysfunction. Adults: max 10g/day (10-15 seeds). Children: 6g/day (8-10 seeds).
